![]() ![]() At 60 relative humidity with a temperature of 80 degrees and a dew point of 65 degrees, you’re probably going. If the temperature drops any further, condensation will result, and liquid water will begin to form. In general, once the dew point exceeds 60 degrees, there’s a lot of water vapor in the air, which is what gives the air that muggy feel. The relative humidity is 100 percent when the dew point and the temperature are the same. ![]() The dew point can never be higher than the current air. That’s indicative of a bone-dry air mass even though the relative humidity says otherwise. In technical terms, the dew point is the temperature at which the air must be cooled to have a relative humidity of 100. For a given amount of water vapor in the air, relative humidity will decrease as air temperature increases and increase as air temperature decreases.Ībsolute humidity is the total amount of water in a given volume of air. Dew point is calculated from the current air temperature and the relative humidity of the air. When the air is saturated and contains the maximum amount of water vapor, the relative humidity is 100%. In a dew-point evaporative cooler, the temperature of the air decreases without changes in its absolute humidity, as thoroughly discussed in Section 5.9.2. Because it’s a ratio, relative humidity is given as a percentage. The main stream, which loses a large part of its humidity content, now has the capability of being cooled in a dew-point evaporative cooler, and it is conducted to that. Here is a quick guide to how a hot summer day feels based on the dewpoint: In the summer months, we have many days reach an air temperature of 90° with a dewpoint around 70°. Relative humidity is a ratio of how much water vapor is in a given volume of air compared with the amount of water vapor that would saturate the air at a given temperature and pressure. It also shows at a glance, under the same atmospheric conditions. Warmer air has more capacity for water vapor, so cool nights following warm days (typical of late spring and early fall) promote dew formation. The dewpoint temperature reflects increases and decreases in moisture in the air. If the dew point is below freezing, the result is frost. If the dew point temperature is above freezing, water vapor in the air condenses onto the surface in the form of dew. Dew forms when a surface, such as a leaf or a car hood, cools to the dew point of the air with which it comes into contact. ![]()

![]() ![]() The game is very, very short which I feel is a good thing as even with the short length the game can overstay its welcome. The game is generous with the lives it gives you, but you can lose this incredibly fast. You move the car left and right and move a crosshair on the screen to shoot at stuff that gets in the way. The jungle levels all feel exactly the same. The biggest problem that Cadillacs And Dinosaurs: The Second Cataclysm has going for it is that it is just not a lot of fun to play. The coolest “dinosaur” in the game is when you have to steer under the legs of a massive one walking past. There is a real lack of dinosaurs which is disappointing. The real enemies in the game are trees and rocks that get in your way. ![]() For this game though, we have an on-rails shooter where you spend six levels driving the famous red car from the movie and the final three in a minecart! I already mentioned the Capcom arcade title, this was a fantastic Final Fight style beat em up game. Where Are The Dinosaurs?įor a game that has dinosaurs in the title, Cadillacs, And Dinosaurs: The Second Cataclysm has a real lack of them in the main game. Still no Cadillacs & Dinosaurs mame is a pain in the ass to set up. Is it great? Well no it is not, but as someone who enjoyed the show as a kid, I can appreciate what they did here. For a limited time is a free download in the original. As far as using FMV on the Sega CD goes, I feel that this game actually does it better than many give it credit for. The story follows the show pretty well, has voice acting and there is quite a lot of cut scenes that move the story forward. In all fairness, I feel that Cadillacs And Dinosaurs: The Second Cataclysm for the Sega CD is a pretty good-looking game. I am not here to get on the Sega CD for its FMV quality. Based on the TV series (and lesser extent, comic book) this is not a home port of the awesome Capcom arcade beat em up. This was actually put out by Sega themselves which makes it interesting and is probably also making some of your sad right now. The visuals in the actual game are decent enough, they have a cell-shaded style to them and even with the rather modest color pallet of the Sega CD/Genesis the game is fairly easy on the eyes.Ĭadillacs And Dinosaurs for the Sega CD or as it is better known, Cadillacs And Dinosaurs: The Second Cataclysm is a rather interesting title for the Sega CD. There is the odd dinosaur here and there, but you really do not see much. I say this because there is a severe lack of dinosaurs in this game, the biggest enemies are things like trees and rocks. I feel like Jeff Goldblum in Jurassic Park, “you do actually have dinosaurs, in your dinosaur video game, don’t you?” is what he would say. However, at least that game had some actual dinosaurs in it. I really should not compare this to the Capcom game of the same name as it is kind of unfair. ![]() Especially when it comes to games that use an animated art style. However, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs I feel has some of the best FMV on the system. We all know that when it comes to FMV, the Sega CD is not the best. I say that because the story is made up of FMV from the show. The best thing about this game is the story that it tells. ![]() ![]() “We see that it has almost replaced all other variants in India, and we think the same thing will be followed everywhere.” The XBB.1.16 lineage has displaced others that drove case surges in India several months ago, says Rajesh Karyakarte, a microbiologist at Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College in Pune, India. Our desert subspecies is the largest of the recognized eighteen subspecies with a stouter bill, taller crest, and less black across the forehead. Here in Southeast Arizona, Northern Cardinals are at home at your backyard feeder or out in the lush washes of the desert, preferring hackberry and mesquite thickets. Cardinals are the perfect mix of color, sound, and style, so it’s no wonder they are the state bird of seven states. Being fiercely territorial, they amuse and worry many people during breeding season when they endlessly attack their reflections in windows or car mirrors. Cardinals readily come to feeders, and both the males and females are loud and boisterous singers -her songs from the nest may provide the male with information about whether to bring back food. ![]() They don’t migrate and they don’t molt into a less-colorful plumage, so they’re still visual show-stoppers in dull, winter backyards, especially in the snow. The red color results from the ingestion of carotenoid pigments and may indicate mate quality-brighter males have higher reproductive success. And that crest! Both have the super tall and jaunty crest, huge orange bill, and a tidy black face mask and chin. Male cardinals are brilliantly red, while females are a rich tan with tinges of red on the crest, wings, and tail. The first Northern Cardinal to fly free in Hawaii was apparently an escaped caged bird in 1929. These exotic birds were introduced in the early 20th century by well-meaning bird enthusiasts who wanted to see more exotic bird species on the isolated islands.
